David Frigstad

Frost & Sullivan Chairman
David Frigstad, Chairman Frost & Sullivan, along with his business partner Wyman Bravard co-founded Market Intelligence Research Company shortly after graduating college. While in college together, they developed a vision to create a global consulting organization, which focused on applying research to drive corporate growth. Over the last 25 years they have been totally dedicated on implementing this vision. In 1993 they acquired Frost & Sullivan, which was then a dominant player in the emerging market and technology research field. With its strong global recognition and expertise at applying research function to drive corporate growth, they put the new Frost & Sullivan on a growth track.Today the company has research and growth consulting support in all global economic centers with its 25 country offices. The company provides a full array of research methodologies including: Best Practices, Market Engineering, Customer Research, Technical Insights Research, Demographics, Financial Benchmarking, Competitive Benchmarking and Economic Research. All these research groups work together to support and drive growth strategy developments of the company’s clients. Mr. Frigstad holds a Bachelor of Science degree in MIS and management. He received his master’s degree in Japanese Business Administration from the Japan American Institute of Management Science in association with Sophia University, Tokyo Japan. He did his MBA with a double concentration in International Finance and International Marketing from Indiana University.

        

Raymond Lee

IBM (China) Software Group, Strategic Partners Channel Sales
In charge of China Strategic Software Partner (including ISV and SI) in IBM(China) Software Group. Aligned with sector and brand team to develop industry business partners, which were Industry and Distribution channel (2005), Finance and Telecom channel (2006) and Public and Small &Middling Business channel (2007). Took responsibility for IBM’s total software revenue sold through selected ISV&SI.
Offered process integration technical support in IBM China Research Lab (2004) for China telecom integration and intelligence project, such as Liaoning Telecom, Shanghai Mobile and Yunan Mobile analyzed 14 process references, and decomposed the telecom into level 3 by e-Tom, compiled the survey report.

        

Gene DENG

Strategic Development Director of EC Division, China Mobile Group Design Institute. Gene joined China Mobile in late 2009. Focus on E-Business & E-Commerce strategy for China Mobile group. Also acts as business analyst, competitive intelligence analyst. Gene was back to China in mid-2009, providing consulting service for top B2C online retailers and VC. Before that he was BA/ CI analyst in Newegg, No.2 pure online retailer in US, response for strategy support to Board, CI management, establishing new product line as well as data driven operating strategy.

        

Alexander Lo

Alexander Lo is the Regional Business Manager, North Asia of Thomson Reuters’ Corporate Services Division. He is responsible for the business development of Investor Relations, Business Intelligence and Multimedia Solutions in China, HK, Taiwan & Korea. Prior to Thomson Reuters, Mr. Lo was the General Manager of D&B Hong Kong and Taiwan. D&B (NYSE:DNB) is the world’s leading source of commercial information and insight on businesses. Mr. Lo was also a Board Director of TransUnion Ltd that operates the Consumer Credit Bureau in Hong Kong. Mr. Lo has rich background in IT and various industries with 25+ years of global business experience. Prior to joining D&B, Mr. Lo worked in General Electric (GE). First assignment in GE Medical was to build the Asia sales team to grow its Medical IT business. Since then, he was assigned various regional positions in GE Medical and GE Plastics. Mr. Lo graduated from University of Guelph, Ontario, Canada with a Bachelor of Science degree, Specialized Honors in Computing & Information Science, and Minor in Statistics. He also holds an Executive MBA from University of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.

        

Christian Marsden

Regional Sales Director – North and East Asia Dow Jones Company
Christian joined Dow Jones in 2004 and has worked with the information professionals at most of the FTSE 100 companies in London. In 2007 he joined the Dow Jones European sales organization as the Regional Sales Manager managing UK, Germany and Scandinavia, then moved to the Asia Pacific team in 2010. He has significant experience of the information industry and worked with different types of information professionals and knowledge workers in multiple regions.

        

Lisa Dai

Lisa Dai has been worked in information industry for more than 7 years. She joined Dow Jones, a global leading finanical and business information provider, as Senior Relation Manager in early 2008, and worked with the information professionals in global and local corporations, bankings, governments and research institutions.Before that, she was the account manager in LexisNexis, a global leading legal information provider, provided information solutions to Law schools professionals, lawyers and corporate councils.

        

Moshe Even-Shoshan

President of SRS Intelligence,Moshe Even-Shoshan is a recognized expert in corporate intelligence. He is a seasoned practitioner of competitive intelligence collection (including field operations abroad). As president of SRS Intelligence, an elite firm that specializes in corporate intelligence research, training, intelligence process consulting, and special services, Mr. Even-Shoshan works with major U.S.A, and foreign corporations, as well as private and family-owned companies. He has managed scores of competitive analysis projects and investigations in a wide range of industries and has built a global network of experts and associates. Moshe Even-Shoshan has spoken at conferences of the Society of Competitive Intelligence Professionals (SCIP) and at SCIP chapter meetings throughout North America, organizes and speaks at SRS Intelligence Seminars, and has also lectured on competitive intelligence to students in the International MBA Program at Temple University in Philadelphia. Mr. Even-Shoshan has worked in research, product management, internal auditing, cost estimating, operational auditing, and journalism. He holds an M.B.A. in Marketing and a B.A. in Economics from Temple University, and has completed graduate studies in history at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Up to the present, Mr.Biaofeng Chen has been giving CI lectures and trainings to lots of companies, for example, China Network Communications Group Corporation, Shanghai Automotive industry corporation (Group), Jinchuan Group LTD., Haier Co.
